With nearly a decade of experience managing teams in high-pressure environments, Kaitlyn brings structure and accountability to daily operations. She ensures that intake processes are handled promptly, documents are properly organized, and deadlines are consistently tracked. Her attention to detail and reliability help keep pre-litigation matters on schedule and clients well-informed throughout their cases.

Kaitlyn also assists in mentoring new support staff, offering guidance on task execution, quality control, and communication standards.
